Castile Soap
According to Webster's dictionary, Castile soap is "a fine-grained hard soap, white or mottled,
made of olive oil and soda; called also Marseilles, or Venetian, soap". The name Castile comes from a region in Spain, known for its olive oil. Although, Castile soap can have many variations (pure, scented, colored, etc.), we assembled a list of soaps that are the closest to the original Castile bars.
