Security and Privacy


Bon Savon is using Geo Trust SSL (Secured Socket Layer) for all credit card transactions on our site. We are using the electronic gateway services of Authorize.Net, one of the Internet’s best-known payment systems.
We accept American Express, Discover, Master Card and Visa credit cards. When you place an order, your payment info will be verified and the amount will be temporarily authorized but not charged. Your credit card will be charged when the order actually ships. In case you cancel the order, the authorization will be voided.
We also accept checks and money orders, however, if you are paying by check, your order will be sent after we receive your check and it clears the bank. We charge $10 fee for all returned checks. Make check/money order payable to Bon Savon and send it to Bon Savon, 1380 Rio Rancho Blvd PMB 116, Rio Rancho, NM 87124.

Applicable tax is charged for orders shipped to California and New Mexico addresses.
We do not store your credit card information so every time you wish to make a purchase you will have to enter your credit card number.
Bon Savon collects information on its customers solely for the purpose of better service. We do not sell, give or trade this information to other entities.



Shipping

Your orders are processed usually within 2-3 business days, depending on the availability of the items ordered. We will work extended hours during the holiday season and make every effort to ship your orders on time. All soaps are individually wrapped in craft tissue paper. We ship via USPS Priority Mail. In case the U.S. Postal Service does not deliver in your area, you will have an option to inform us about that during the checkout process. We will use UPS or FedEx Ground instead. We also reserve the right to ship large and/or bulky orders via UPS or FedEx Ground.
We ship to APO/FPO addresses as well. For packages send to this type of addresses please, select APO or FPO Address option from the state menu.

Shipping charge table:

  • $5.95 for orders up to $14
  • $6.95 for orders up to $24
  • $7.95 for orders over $24
  • IMPORTANT:If you request overnight delivery or any other type of expedited shipping, we will email you the exact shipping cost and upon your aproval, your credit card will be additionally charged for the difference. To speed up the process, you can add a note that you authorize us to charge your credit card for the extra shipping charge. In order to process an overnight order, it has to be received before noon that day. Please, have in mind that the USPS Express Mail next day delivery is not available for all zip codes.
    In case your order cannot be completed as requested, you will be notified by email.



    Refunds and Exchanges

    If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, Bon Savon will exchange it or refund your money.

    Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at customerservice@bonsavon.com and we will issue you a Return Authorization Number.
    If it is possible, use the same packaging your order arrived in. Make sure that the items are properly packaged and well protected to avoid damage. We will not be able to refund your money for the items damaged due to improper packaging.
    We will refund you the price of the items plus applicable taxes after they have been received unopened and in a resalable condition.
    We will gladly issue you a store credit for opened items that you are not satisfied with.
    If you receive a damaged item(s) with your order we will replace it with an identical product(s). We will also refund you the original shipping cost. To avoid unnecessary returns please, contact us as soon as possible at customerservice@bonsavon.com.
    Refunds will be made in the form of payment you have made to us.
    Please allow 15 days for us to receive and process your return.

    IMPORTANT: Before you send anything back, please, contact us at customerservice@bonsavon.com so we can resolve the problem in the best possible way and to your satisfaction.
